Fresh Organic Classic Vegetable Broth, 320 g for approx. 12 liters. SweMa Fresh Organic Classic Vegetable Broth consists of 73% raw organic vegetables, rock salt without anti-caking agents, and selected organic spices nothing else. The vegetables are neither cooked nor dried during production. This means the soup mix is already fully prepared and ready to use in the jar.The fresh vegetable broth provides a natural flavor base that enhances the natural taste of the ingredients used, rather than masking it. It s perfect for making a classic vegetable broth as well as for seasoning soups, sauces, stews, and vegetable, rice, and pasta dishes on a daily basis. It can also be used in a variety of ways for dressings and marinades. The generous 320-g value jar yields about twelve liters of vegetable broth. It s particularly well-suited for larger households, passionate home cooks, and anyone who uses vegetable broth regularly or nearly every day in their cooking. Preparation recommendation: Add one heaping teaspoon about 13 g to 500 ml of boiling water. For a richer and slightly toasted flavor, the vegetable broth can be briefly sautéed in a little oil before adding the water. The recipe contains no yeast or yeast extract, added sugar, added fats or oils, maltodextrin, cornstarch, or artificial flavors. Additives permitted in organic products are also not used. The product is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free. The vegetable broth has a shelf life of at least nine months even after opening and without requiring refrigeration. To preserve the original color for as long as possible, we recommend storing an opened jar in the refrigerator. Since no antioxidants are used, the natural color of the vegetables may change over time. Such a color change is not unusual for this all-natural product.

Also suitable for marinating, dressings, seasoning and much more! Preparation recommendation: Pour 500 ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon (13 g) and fry briefly in oil for a stronger flavor.
