6 große oder 12 kleine Brownies
Für 1 Springform (26cm) oder 1 Auflaufform (ca. 20cm x 20cm)
Sie geben dazu: 200g weiche Butter, 2 Eier, 100 ml Milch
1. Den Backofen auf 175°C Ober- und Unterhitzte vorheizen.
2. Inhalt in eine Schüssel geben.
3. Mit 200g weicher Butter und 2 Eiern verrühren. danach langsam die 100 ml Milch unterrühren.
4. Die Masse in der Backform verteilen und glatt streichen.
5. Auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 25 Minuten backen.
6. Gut auskühlen lassen und in Stücke scheiden.
