Salad Oil Balance is a balanced blend of mild and virgin rapeseed oil and virgin sesame oil. Thanks to the fine balance of the different oils, the salad oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid) and has a particularly balanced ratio of omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fatty acids.

Use this mild oil with all cold dishes such as leaf, raw vegetable or potato salad. It is also suitable for hot dishes. As the valuable fatty acids are sensitive to heat, only add the oil after cooking.
