We source this Darjeeling tea directly from the renowned tea-growing region of Darjeeling. Here, on the remote southern slopes of Hima-laya, the tea leaves are carefully picked by hand and then traditionally refined. A real treat - and not just geographically.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon per cup and leave the tea to infuse for 3 minutes.
