Aromata has slender, butter-colored roots. Due to its special sweetness and pronounced, delicately spicy aroma, it is also ideal for raw food. The seeds take up to 3 weeks to germinate. Good soil moisture is very important during this phase. If this is not provided, please water continuously and carefully. Thin out plants to 5 - 10 cm after emergence. "TIP": The hardy roots of the parsnip can be harvested fresh from the garden throughout the winter if the soil is open.
