Fragrant fresh jasmine blossoms give the leaves of this green tea a beguilingly fragrant note. Our jasmine tea is pure and delicate in taste and has a light yellow cup color. In China, the two ingredients are said to marry when freshly picked jasmine blossoms combine with the still moist tea leaves. The layered application and later collection of the flowers is done by hand - as tradition dictates.
Preparation: Pour hot, no longer boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and leave the tea to infuse for 1-2 minutes for a fine aroma and 2-4 minutes for a stronger taste.
