Fresh jasmine blossoms give the leaves of this green tea a particularly fragrant note and an exceptionally fine aroma. In China, the two ingredients are said to be married when freshly picked jasmine blossoms are combined with the still moist tea leaves. The layered application and later collection of the flowers is done by hand - as tradition dictates.
Preparation:Pour hot, no longer boiling water over one tea bag per cup and leave the tea to infuse for 2 minutes.
