Govinda-s organic grape seed flour is obtained by gentle cold pressing from the seeds of sun-ripened red grapes from controlled organic cultivation. grape seeds are the richest natural source of oliomeric procyanidins (OPC), secondary plant substances from the group of polyphenols.Grape seed flour is unique among all foods due to its bioactive substances and is also characterized by its naturally high fibre content and the minerals/trace elements calcium, magnesium and iron. Grape seed flour can be used in many ways, e.g. as a baking ingredient (simply replace 5-7% of conventional flour with grape seed flour), for bread, rolls, pizza, cakes, soups and desserts.Grape seed oil should not be consumed together with dairy products, as the protein contained in these products reduces the antioxidant effect of OPC. Rice, soy or oat drinks can be used as an alternative.
As a flour additive for baking, muesli, smoothies and desserts.
