Cretan organic lemon verbena tea (Aloysia citrodora) - Lemon verbena grows in the mountains of Omalos on Crete, where the Psyllakis family's fields are located at an altitude of around 1000m. From harvesting to packaging, every step of the process is carried out by hand and drying is naturally carried out without the use of mechanical heat. This preserves the special aromas of the fresh lemon-scented whole tea leaves. We recommend lemon verbena as a stimulating tea during the day. Preparation: Pour boiling water over the lemon verbena leaves. Depending on taste, add 1 to 2g lemon verbena to one liter of water and leave to infuse for eight to ten minutes.
