Baking soda cleans silver jewelry, tile joints, softens water and removes unpleasant odors.-----Remove odors: Sprinkle dry as a powder on carpets, upholstered furniture and textiles and vacuum after exposure time.Silver cleaning: Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with hot water in a bowl with aluminum foil, add silver cutlery or jewelry, leave for a few minutes, rinse and polish dry.Grout cleaning: Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with a little water to form a paste, apply to the grout, work in with a brush and rinse with clear water after 10 minutes.Body care: Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of water to make a deodorant paste. Alternatively, dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 100 ml of water and use as a deodorant spray.Removing grease residue: Mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with water to make a paste and apply to greasy or burnt-on surfaces such as ovens, grills or baking trays. Leave on overnight and then wipe or rinse off.Remove stains: Mix 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste, apply and leave on for 10-15 minutes and brush or wash the affected area. Not suitable for delicate fibers such as wool and silk.
