Malabarspinat - Klettersalat (Saatgut)

Red-stemmed, very decorative climbing plant with fleshy leaves that is also suitable for growing on the balcony.  It should be sown indoors in pots in mid-April, as the seeds need high temperatures to germinate. It can be planted outdoors in a sunny, sheltered spot after the Ice Saints at the earliest. The plants grow up to 3 meters high and a climbing aid such as for runner beans is required.TIP: The leaves taste juicy, slightly sour and can be eaten both cooked, e.g. as an ingredient for wok dishes, and raw in salads. The germination temperature should be at least 24°C.
Sowing: From mid-April for planting from mid-May.harvest: Mid-July to mid-October.content is sufficient for approx. 15 plants. Plant height: 3 m. Planting distance: 20 x 40 cmPlease store seeds in a dry, cool and dark place! Seeds not suitable for consumption.
