Sojabohnen Edamamé, in der Dose
Edamame soybeans are particularly high in protein and rich in fiber. They are grown in Italy and have a nutty, sweet taste and are particularly aromatic. Edamamé beans are young green soybeans that are cooked and canned immediately after harvesting in a maximum of 6 hours. Freshly harvested quality that you can taste. There is no soaking and cooking time as the beans are gently pre-cooked.
Traditional as an Asian starter or snack, delicious in salads and bowls, as a puree, in soups or stews. During the cooking process, the soybeans change color from bright green to beige. Due to their natural starch, the brine can solidify, simply rinse the beans.
