French Vinaigrette, 250 ml - Bioland, vegan: oil, vinegar, mustard, herbs. A vinaigrette isn t an invention it s just a few simple steps. What matters most is what ingredients you use. The vinegar: 7% white wine vinegar made from regional Pinot Blanc. Most store-bought dressings use distilled vinegar, which is flavorless and provides only acidity. A wine vinegar made from a specific grape variety, on the other hand, brings its own distinct flavor. The mustard: 12% stone-ground Bioland mustard. This is the highest mustard content of all Emils dressings. The mustard not only adds flavor but also acts as a thickener no emulsifiers are used. The other ingredients: Cold-pressed canola oil as the first ingredient on the list. Real onion and real garlic, not powder or extract. Parsley and chives. Agave syrup for a subtle sweetness. Rock salt. A total of ten ingredients, eight of which are organically grown; the remaining two are water and salt. Sugar Content: The vinaigrette contains 5.3 g of sugar per 100 ml, primarily from the agave syrup. It contains no added granulated sugar, syrup, or sweeteners.Production: Gently stirred at room temperature in our own organic production facility in Freiburg, using 100% green electricity. Not heated, as heating impairs the flavor. Compatibility and Certification: Bioland-certified, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free. Certification Body DE-ÖKO-006, EU/non-EU agriculture. Note on Consistency: The oil and vinegar separate in the bottle because the product contains neither thickeners nor emulsifiers. With lentil salad and couscous. As a marinade for vegetables before grilling. On toasted bread. As a dip for raw vegetables.
