It's that easy: 1. Stir the contents of the package into 300 ml of boiling water and let them soak for 15 minutes. 2. With damp hands, shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized patties. 3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.Air Fryer Instructions: The vegetable patties also work great in an air fryer: Line the basket with parchment paper, brush half of the formed patties generously with oil, and cook on the air fry setting at 210°C for 16 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking time.
