Grill-Tipp

Bereite den Packungsinhalt mit 220 ml Wasser (statt wie klassisch mit 250 ml) zu. Bestreiche die Patties von beiden Seiten gut mit Öl und dann ab auf das Grillrost. Von beiden Seiten knusprig grillen, dabei mehrmals wenden.

Party-Tipp

Je kleiner die Bratlinge, desto knuspriger sind sie und eignen sich hervorragend zum Snacken. Auf einem kleinen Holzpieker mit Gemüsestückchen, Käsewürfeln und einem Dip serviert, bereichern sie jede Party als Finger Food.
