Beltane Biofix Lachsgratin, vegan, glutenfrei, lactosefrei

Balanced and refreshingly light, the salmon fillet with fruity vegetables comes out of the oven after a short time. One seasoning mix is for the fish, the other for the vegetables. The fillets are seasoned before cooking and the vegetables are caressed by a fresh cream sauce. Beltane Biofix salmon gratin plays perfectly as a duo.
1. stir seasoning mix 1 (small sachet) into 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and brush onto the salmon fillets with a pastry brush and leave to marinate.2. cut the vegetables into pieces and place in an oven dish. Stir the seasoning mix 2 (large bag) into the cream and mix with the vegetables. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C (170 °C fan oven) for approx. 20 minutes.3. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables and cook for a further 20 minutes.Tip: Basmati or long grain rice goes well with this dish.
