Freshly harvested, organically grown elderberries taste strong and intense. The elderberries are harvested by hand and selected according to quality. They must be fresh and ripe. Our aromatic naturally cloudy direct juice comes from these uncultivated wild fruits. Tip: Please only heat, do not boil, to preserve the quality! Mother Juice is a naturally cloudy direct juice from very acidic fruits from the first pressing. The gentle processing preserves the fruit flavor as much as possible.
