Rote-Bete-Saft Robuschka milchsauer
Lactic acid fermented direct juice from freshly harvested, seed-resistant Robuschka beet (not from hybrid seed). The controversial hybrids originate from single crosses, i.e. from repeated artificial inbreeding. They are not suitable for agricultural seed production as their characteristics do not reproduce. We therefore offer juice from seed-resistant beet called Robuschka from fields in Baden-Württemberg. The round, smooth-skinned Robuschka has an intense aroma and a full-bodied taste. The deep red, naturally cloudy direct juice is fermented with lactic acid-producing microorganisms (lactofermentation process). Robuschka lacto-fermented beet juice has many friends among nutrition-conscious people. By buying it, you are supporting the cultivation and seed breeding of seed-resistant beet varieties. Tip: Many athletes supplement their diet with Robuschka beet juice.
