Karottensaft Rodelika milchsauer

Pure, lactic acid fermented juice made directly from freshly harvested carrots -Rodelika-, which come from biodynamically bred, GMO-free and seed-resistant seeds, i.e. not from hybrid seeds. Hybrids result from the crossing of artificially produced inbred lines and are therefore controversial. With your purchase, you support the cultivation and seed breeding of seed-resistant carrot varieties. The seed-resistant Rodelika is a large, smooth-skinned carrot with an intense orange-red color and a strong, sweet-aromatic taste. The carrots are grown biodynamically by farmers in sunny Baden-Württemberg. Lactic acid-producing microorganisms cause natural fermentation (lactofermentation process).
Vegetable oils cause the rim in the neck of the bottle. Shake natural carrot pulp well.
