Karottensaft Rodelika milchsauer

Single-variety, lactic acid-fermented fresh-pressed juice made from freshly harvested carrots "Rodelika" grown from biodynamically cultivated, GMO-free, open-pollinated seeds, meaning not from hybrid seeds. Hybrids are created by crossing artificially produced inbred lines and are therefore controversial. By purchasing this product, you are supporting the cultivation and seed breeding of open-pollinated carrot varieties. The open-pollinated Rodelika is a large, smooth-skinned carrot with an intense orange-red color and a robust, sweet, aromatic flavor. The carrots are grown biodynamically by farmers in sun-drenched Baden-Württemberg. Lactic acid-producing microorganisms trigger a natural fermentation process (lacto-fermentation). Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and the normal function of the immune system. Beutelsbacher carrot juice complements a balanced, varied, and healthy lifestyle.
Vegetable oils cause the rim in the neck of the bottle. Shake natural carrot pulp well.
