Perennial wild form of the well-known rocket, which grows somewhat more slowly, with firmer leaves and rosette-shaped growth. It can be cut several times and has a much longer shelf life than salad rocket. Strong, intense flavor "TIP": If the flowering shoots are cut out regularly, fresh leaves will grow continuously.
