Only the best pork salmon is processed for this, all under strict quality controls. Bioland-certified. Produced without nitrite curing salt and other additives. Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, natural yeast formation through fermentation. Innovative packaging made from polypropylene (PP) ensures high recyclability for the circular economy of packaging materials.

Tip: Open the pack approx. 5 minutes before eating so that the ham can develop its full aroma.
