Bio Amaretto di Mattia Walcher

Mattia Walcher produces his amaretto according to the traditional original recipe and, in addition to bitter almond oil, makes his own extracts from organic vanilla (Madagascar) and organic cacao (Peru). The result is an amaretto that might actually taste like it did in the good old days before artificial flavors: natural, delicate almond notes, subtle vanilla, and a spicy, cinnamon-like flavor. Typically, amaretto is simply sweet on the palate, but here the interplay of flavors comes to the fore, lending the drink body. A product that adds subtle aromatics to an Amaretto Sour and will find many fans when enjoyed neat with coffee or tiramisu.
