ÖMA Mozzarella is a particularly delicate and mild delight. It is made from the best Naturland milk from selected farms.ÖMA Mozzarella can be used in a variety of ways: whether as a classic with tomatoes and basil, for delicious salads, as a pizza topping or for gratinating pasta dishes. Enjoy the full flavor as it is known and appreciated in Italy. In addition to the mozzarella specialties, ÖMA Cottage Cheese and the hard cheese specialties ÖMA Rigatino and ÖMA Rotondo are produced at the ÖMA production site in Amberg. The organic milk required for processing is collected from the 101 Naturland-certified farms by milk collection truck. The combination of many years of experience and modern technology is decisive for the consistently high quality and exceptionally good taste of these products.
ÖMA Mozza is a fine, tangy mozzarella that is ideal for garnishing, cooking, gratinating and salads.
