The Bauckhof meat factory is one of the oldest Demeter farms, which has stood for the best organic quality, especially for exemplary animal husbandry, for generations. For this, Fleischmanufaktur Bauckhof has already been awarded the sponsorship prize for species-appropriate animal husbandry and breeding at the national organic farming competition. Another important aspect for the Bauckhof meat factory is the holistic set of values - only as many animals are kept as the land can support and fertilizer is applied using the farm's own manure or biodynamic preparations from its own farm.
