This tofu roast and grill sausage is one of the most popular tofu sausages ever. With a fine pepper seasoning for frying and vegan grilling, brush with oil before grilling and during grilling. This protects the tofu sausages from drying out.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: GRILLING TOFU SausagesYou will need:Barbecue tray - Barbecue tongs - Bowl for oil or marinade - Frying olive oil - Fireproof pastry brush - Kitchen paper- Take the sausages out of the fridge 20 minutes before grilling. This prevents them from sticking, browns them more evenly and gets them hot inside more quickly.- Brush the sausages with oil before and during grilling so that they become nice and crispy.- To prevent oil from dripping into the embers, causing smoke and forming harmful substances, it is best to use a grill pad.- Always use tofu sausages on the grill. Tofu sausages should always be placed at the edge of the embers (indirect grilling) and grilled over a medium heat, otherwise they will burn quickly.- Turn the sausages several times during grilling until the desired browning is achieved.- Drain on kitchen paper and leave to rest. Tip: Marinate our tofu sausages before grilling: Pour olive oil into a bowl. Place the tofu sausages in the oil, season with pepper and top with a few sprigs of herbs to taste. Leave to stand for 2 hours with the lid closed. Brush the sausages with the marinade while grilling.
