At Spielberger Mühle, the focus is always on quality craftsmanship - from the grain to the finished preparation at home.
Basic recipe: Soak wheat grains in water overnight, then cook in fresh water for approx. 40 minutes until soft.wheat is suitable freshly ground for baking bread, rolls or cakes, flaked for muesli or cooked as a side dish, for patties, soups and casseroles.
