Nackthafer, demeter

Only carefully selected Demeter oats, which are naturally husk-free, are used for naked oats. In contrast to conventional oats, naked oats do not have to be dehulled - this means that more valuable ingredients are retained. The grain is processed particularly gently in order to preserve all the natural nutrients as much as possible. Its pleasantly mild, slightly nutty taste makes it the perfect ingredient for many dishes - whether as a fresh grain in muesli, cooked as porridge, ground for patties or ground into flour for savory and sweet baked goods.naked oats are an original type of grain and are ideal for a conscious, wholesome diet.

Basic recipe: Soak naked oats in water overnight, then cook in fresh water for around 20-25 minutes until soft.naked oats are particularly versatile in the kitchen.
