Makes 6 - 8 red lentil pattiesPreparation time: approx. 15 minutes Soaking time: 10 minutes Preparation: Place the contents of the packet in a bowl and mix with 150 ml boiling water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Form 6 - 8 patties with wet hands, depending on size. Fry in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove and place briefly on a plate with kitchen paper. The red lentil patties are delicious hot or cold. Serve with salad and yogurt dip. Variations: - Finger food - Shape the mixture into sticks about the thickness of a thumb, roll in sesame seeds and fry on all sides. Serve with dip. - Stuffed vegetables - stuff vegetables such as zucchinis or peppers with the mixture and bake in the oven.
