Millet, rice and buckwheat flakes are mixed for our 3-grain flakes. The whole grain is steamed in our own flake mill and then rolled into a nice flake. This preserves all the ingredients of the whole grain.

Our 3-grain flakes can be enjoyed without cooking or soaking. Simply mix with yogurt, milk, plant-based alternatives or juice and enjoy warm or cold. Refine as desired with fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butter, jam, honey or spices, for example. In addition to the classic use as a muesli ingredient, flakes also taste great in baked goods such as cookies, muesli bars or bread, as well as in savory dishes such as patties. Recipe: Simple vegetable cakes500 g vegetables of your choice, 1 onion, 4 heaped tbsp 3-grain flakes, 3 tbsp buckwheat flour, 3 tbsp flour, 2 tsp herb salt, 2 eggs, oil for frying, coarsely grate the vegetables, finely chop the onion. Mix everything together very well in a bowl and knead into a dough. Leave to rest for at least 1 hour. Heat the oil in a pan, spoon individual cakes into the pan and fry over a medium heat until golden brown. They taste delicious warm or cold.
