Glass noodles - unique & organic! The Asian noodle specialty is so popular because of its many uses and its almost crystal-clear appearance: in soups, sauces, deep-fried, fried or in salads, for example with vegetables, mint, chilli, coriander and not forgetting in delicious spring rolls. The gluten-free ARCHE glass noodles are made from pure organic pea starch. Preparation is simple and sure to succeed - the noodles can be added directly to soups or sauces and cooked for a while. Alternatively, they can also be cooked "classically" or simply doused with boiling water.
Preparation options: Bring plenty of water to the boil. Add the glass noodles and fluff up with a fork. Boil for 4 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Drain and use immediately. ALTERNATIVE Add the glass noodles directly to a boiling soup or sauce and cook for 4 minutes. OR Pour boiling water over the glass noodles, loosen slightly, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Drain and process according to the recipe.
