Ideal for baking, pancakes, high-fiber smoothies, for breakfast in muesli or yoghurt. Due to its good swelling properties, it is also ideal for thickening soups, sauces and Asian curries. In conventional recipes, up to 20% of the cereal flour can be replaced with coconut flour. At least double the amount of liquid until the usual dough consistency is achieved, as coconut flour binds a lot of moisture.
