Cedars, the Siberian stone pines, grow in the endless expanses of the Siberian natural forests. The cones are harvested there in the wild. With their fine, slightly resinous 'forest aroma', they can be used in the kitchen like pine nuts.
Ideal for refining spicy dishes, in salads, antipasti and much more. Caution, nuts can get into the airways of small children.
