It's this easy:Preparation for 8 rollsIngredients: 350 g bread roll mix and 400 ml water (lukewarm)1. preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat.2. briefly mix the bread roll mix with water in a bowl. Then leave the dough mixture to soak for 5 minutes.3. divide the dough mixture into eight equal pieces with moistened hands, roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the dough balls flat so that they are about 2 cm high.4. Place the rolls (without rising time) in the preheated oven at medium height.5. After about 35 minutes baking time, remove from the oven and leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
