Kuzu weiß

Kuzu is an effective vegetable binding agent made from the starch of the kuzu plant. It is often used in Japan for soups, sauces and (warm) desserts. The beauty of kuzu is that it does not affect the taste of a dish. Unlike corn starch, kuzu can also be used for sour dishes. It is also gluten-free and vegan! White kuzu is washed and filtered, which gives it a neutral taste and a slightly stronger binding power than gray kuzu. Also available: Kuzu gray. Use 10g Kuzu per 250ml liquid. Dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water before use. Use 50g kuzu to 400ml liquid to prepare pudding. Are you using gray kuzu? Then you need 20% more kuzu.
