Kokos-Schlagcreme
Vegan coconut whipped cream that can be whipped until stiff, perfect as a topping for vegan pastries. With 91% coconut and a fat content of 30%, this coconut milk is so creamy that you no longer need whipped cream. This coconut whipped cream can be used in many ways like whipped cream. Beautifully creamy, delicious and purely plant-based. Without the emulsifier guar gum. With the natural binding agent tapioca, which makes this coconut cream wonderfully firm. Serve a vegan topping on pastries or hot chocolate.
Shake the tin well before placing it in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Then whip with a hand mixer (2-3 minutes) until it reaches a nice firm consistency.
