Always under the motto: -Organic. For the love of the future - Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. Our own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and our own gluten-free laboratory all contribute to this.
Quick preparation1. Put the contents of the packet in a bowl, mix with 550 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 20 minutes.2. pour the dough into a well-greased loaf tin (25 x 10 cm). Spread into the tin with a moistened spatula, press down and smooth out3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C top/bottom heat for 70 minutes.4. Remove from the tin immediately and leave to cool thoroughly before eating.Classic preparationAs above, but pour 500 ml of cold water over the dough, mix thoroughly and leave to soak in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight. Then pour into the tin and place in a cold oven. Bake without preheating at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 80 minutes.Preparation without baking tinAs above, only form into a loaf at point 2 and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.Tip: Allow to cool well before cutting. Good for freezing.
