A classic made from spelt. The special thing about this baking mix for pizza dough is the spelt flour. Produced in the Spielberg mill, the spelt flour in demeter quality gives every pizza dough a particularly good taste and ensures an airy pizza base. And the best thing is: with this baking mix you avoid waste and help nature, because: You avoid plastic: no plastic inner bag, but packaging made from 100% paper. You avoid packaging waste: No folding box, so on average less than half the packaging waste compared to baking mixes with a folding box.
Add: 175 ml water, 3 tbsp frying oil; preparation time: approx. 5 min; baking time: approx. 20 min; preparation: Preheat oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Knead the baking mixture in a bowl with the water and oil for several minutes using a mixer with dough hooks until a smooth dough forms that comes away from the bowl. Roll out the finished dough on a floured board, place on a greased baking tray and top as desired. Place the tray on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
