Add: 290 ml water, 3 tbsp frying oil; preparation time: 5 min; baking time: approx. 20 min; preparation for 1 baking tray (35x30 cm) or 2 springform tins (O 28 cm): Preheat oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Knead the baking mixture in a bowl with water and oil for several minutes using a hand mixer (dough hook) until a smooth, soft dough is formed. Spread the finished dough evenly with a spoon onto a greased baking tray and top as desired. Place the tray on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
