Baking gluten-free pizza is difficult? Not with this baking mix for gluten-free pizza dough. The pizza dough is just as tasty as your favorite Italian pizza, and best of all: with this baking mix you avoid waste and help nature, because:You avoid plastic: no plastic inner bag, but packaging made of 100% paper.You avoid packaging waste: no folding box, so on average less than half the packaging waste compared to baking mixes with a folding box.
Add: 290 ml water, 3 tbsp frying oil; preparation time: 5 min; baking time: approx. 20 min; preparation for 1 baking tray (35x30 cm) or 2 springform tins (O 28 cm): Preheat oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat).  Knead the baking mixture in a bowl with water and oil for several minutes using a hand mixer (dough hook) until a smooth, soft dough is formed. Spread the finished dough evenly with a spoon onto a greased baking tray and top as desired. Place the tray on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
