Lupinenmehl

With its mild, nutty taste, lupin flour is versatile. As a local source of protein, it contains valuable vegetable protein and plenty of fiber. Proteins help to maintain and increase muscle mass. Lupin flour is a source of zinc and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism. A portion of 40g (approx. 4-5 tablespoons) per day is recommended. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

for making doughs for bread, patties, cakes as an addition and for thickening soups and sauces, for enriching smoothies and muesli. In conventional recipes, up to 15% of the cereal flour can be replaced by lupin flour. 60g of lupin flour replaces 100g of cereal flour. 1 tbsp lupin flour + 2 tbsp water replaces one egg!
