Lupinenmehl
The mild, nutty-tasting flour contains plenty of vegetable protein. It is very versatile and easy to use and is characterized by its good baking and binding properties. It is also ideal as a vegan egg substitute and protein supplement in mueslis and smoothies. Lupin flour is obtained by carefully grinding sweet lupin seeds. These are grown in Germany. This delicious flour is a quick and easy way to increase your nutrient intake and add variety to your cooking. Just give it a try!
for making doughs for bread, pancakes, patties, pizza and cakes, as an addition and for thickening soups and sauces, for quick protein enrichment of smoothies, shakes, porridge and muesli. In conventional recipes, up to 15% of the cereal flour can be replaced with lupin flour. If necessary, adjust the amount of liquid until the usual dough consistency is achieved. As a vegan egg substitute: 1 tbsp lupin flour + 2 tbsp water.
