Byodo Rotweinessig, 6% Säure
Byodo red wine vinegar (6% acidity) has an intense red color and a wonderfully strong taste. Fine Austrian or Italian table wine is slowly fermented into vinegar at pleasantly warm temperatures. This process is known as continuous vinegar fermentation. Before bottling, this fine organic vinegar with its intense flavor is only filtered. Like all Byodo vinegars, it is completely natural and is neither heated nor sulphurized. This preserves valuable enzymes and flavors in a delicious way. Cloudiness or deposits at the bottom of the bottle and possible flakes do not mean a loss of quality. Quite the opposite! They indicate the natural production method of this organic product. So-called "vinegar nuts" can simply be strained off and the vinegar can be used as normal.
The intensely strong red wine vinegar from Byodo goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes and hearty salads. The fine organic vinegar made from red wine is also ideal for marinating meat, fish and vegetables as well as for pickling vegetables and fruit.
