Byodo's light balsamic vinegar Condimento Bianco (5.5% acidity) comes from the heart of Italian vinegar production in Modena. The fine blend of organic white wine vinegar and concentrated organic grape must tastes wonderfully harmonious and pleasantly mild, and thanks to its light color it is particularly appealing and seduces with its mild, natural acidity. Like all Byodo vinegars, Condimento Bianco is obtained through natural vinegar fermentation - for natural vinegar enjoyment at its best.
