The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP - Invecchiato (6% acidity) is a very special taste experience thanks to its ageing period of at least 3 years. This deep, dark Italian vinegar from the heart of Italian vinegar production tastes wonderfully complex and intensely full-bodied. The high proportion of valuable fruity organic grape must, combined with organic red wine vinegar and storage in wooden barrels from wine production make Byodo Invecchiato incomparably delicious.
The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP - Invecchiato from Byodo tastes particularly complex and full-bodied thanks to its long ageing period. It enhances fine salads & tomato mozzarella, for example, but also tastes great with roasted vegetables and cheese. Drizzle small pieces of Parmesan with a little Invecchiato and enjoy a deliciously simple aperitif at its best!
