First class organic olive oil from the Kontogiannis family - Green fruity, very fine and light first class organic Koroneiki & Manaki olive oil from the Kontogiannis family. The family's olive groves and vineyards are located at the foothills of ancient Corinth in the Peloponnese in Greece. The Kontogiannis family brings together the entire spectrum of the Corinthian terroir through the biodynamic cultivation of various plots at different altitudes. The olive trees bear olives of the Manaki and Koroneiki varieties. The small estate has been cultivated biodynamically since 2006. The olive trees are not artificially irrigated, the plants are closely monitored and strengthened with herbal decoctions. To promote biodiversity and prevent soil erosion, Theodorus Kontogiannis collects and propagates seeds from endemic wild herbs and flowers and spreads them on his plots. Single-varietal and single-vintage bottling. Harvested in November 2024, this light, fine and green-fruity olive oil is perfect for preparing raw vegetable and green salads as well as warm Mediterranean dishes with mild vegetables! The label is made from environmentally friendly bagasse, unbleached and without protective varnish.
