Wok Up

Arche Wok Up is a ready-to-use, vegan wok seasoning paste. With its aromatic notes of lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and onion powder, it gives pan-fried and wok dishes that classic Asian flavor. It s also perfect for seasoning rice dishes, soups, roasted vegetables, and in exotic dressings and sauces.
2-3 teaspoons of Wok Up give approx. 500 g of vegetables with noodles a delicious spicy flavor and a fresh note. Preparation: Fry the vegetables in a little oil, add cooked noodles if desired. Mix the wok seasoning with a little warm water and season the vegetables with it.
