Oil pulling has a centuries-old tradition in different regions of the world. With Fresh, we have combined the knowledge of several approaches at once: sunflower oil, for example, is considered a traditional oil for oil pulling in Eastern Europe, while sesame oil and coconut oil are used in Asian regions. We have supplemented our mouth pulling oil with essential essences: Thyme, Myrrh, Juniper, Niaouli and Clove. Dermatest tested BIO PLANÈTE Fresh in a four-week study from a dermatological and dental point of view and gave it the rating "very good" The Fresh oil pulling mixture should be used every morning on an empty stomach. The oil is drawn through the teeth for 3-5 minutes, sipped and chewed. After oil pulling, it should not be swallowed, but spit out and then rinse the mouth several times with clear water. The teeth can then be brushed as normal. Shake before use. We advocate care and mindfulness, as well as many other values that are close to our hearts. This also includes responsibility - for the world in which we live. This means that we regularly take a critical look at ourselves and examine what we can do better. And so, for the sake of the environment, we do without the packaging sleeve and the measuring cup. The result is sustainable: around three tons less packaging waste per year.
