Shoyu, Natürlich fermentierte Sojasauce
A real seasoning pro from Japan! The naturally fermented soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat is traditionally produced in a Japanese manufactory. ARCHE Shoyu is a mildly spicy, versatile condiment for Asian and European cuisine: for seasoning and refining vegetable dishes, soups, in dressings and dips and for seasoning at the table. To retain the full flavor, only add the naturally brewed organic shoyu at the end of the cooking time. Tip: ARCHE Organic Shoyu can be used anywhere in recipes instead of light soy sauce! And if you like it less salty, try our reduced-salt shoyu! Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
