Trio Noir bio Mühle
Herbaria Trio Noir Pepper 50g is an elegant and balanced pepper composition from controlled organic cultivation. The black pepper berries come from three different regions - the Indian Malabar coast, Sri Lanka and Tanzania. The characteristic flavors of the three regions create a full-bodied, balanced aroma with a harmonious spiciness. The whole pepper spindles are picked as soon as the first berry turns red. The freshly harvested fruits are then stored overnight at room temperature. The berries are then fermented, whereby the green berries turn black (similar to tea leaves). Drying begins the next day.
