It should be spicy without overshadowing the flavors of the other spices. Beltane Biofix Thai Curry contains chili in the seasoning mix 1, which is heated in oil. The freshness of lemongrass and the softness of good coconut milk are not inferior to the balanced ingredients in terms of wholesomeness and richness. A delight straight out of the Thai kitchen.

1. dice the chicken or turkey breast, cut the vegetables into strips.Prepare 200 ml coconut milk.2. add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. sesame oil) together with the seasoning mix 1 (small sachet) to a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their fragrance, add the poultry and fry. Add the vegetables and continue to fry. 3. Add the coconut milk, stir in the seasoning mix 2 (large sachet) and cook for 6 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.tip: Thai or basmati rice goes well with this dish. Can also be made with smoked tofu instead of poultry.
